This must be done before the next step! Don’t worry - the questions will lead you where you need to go!

  • During this call, I’ll walk you through how I’ve translated your processes into Dubsado’s language. We will got through them in detail to ensure the process is spot on. This process gives us a list of all the assets needed to successfully build your DREAM client experience.

  • This is the last item on your list until offboarding! In this last piece of homework, I’ll ask you to collate all the emails, forms, questionnaires, contracts, and PDF’s/documents you share with your clients.

  • All of our work have been leading up to THIS step - where the implementation work begins. Best part? Starting here, I do ALL the work!

  • When the system set up is complete, we’ll go through every. Single. Step. Of your new workflows on a 1:1 Call. You get to ask questions and provide feedback right on the spot.

  • After offboarding, I stick around for THIRTY DAYS for you to ask questions, request bug fixes, and receive additional training. All to prepare you to be the expert of your system.
